Ordering:
Order forms are available at the back of this catalogue and can be downloaded
from our Website.
Orders must be placed by fax or E-mail to ensure Accuracy.
Confirmations:
Upon receiving and processing your order, Riverbend Carpentry
will send a confirmation of the shipping date of the order.
Confirmation is usually provided within 24 hrs.
Quotes:
For a Price on any of the products listed in our catalogue please
feel free to contact us to request
a quote.
If you need something a little out of the ordinary, send a detailed
drawing and we will try to accommodate your needs.
Payment:
Riverbend Carpentry requires the first order to be prepaid with a cheque
for the full amount before the order will be shipped.
Credit will be established following first cleared payment.( Terms will
be arranged at that time )
Changes:
Occasionally changes must be made to an order after it has been
put into production. All changes made to an order after confirmation
has been sent will be treated as a new order. Due to the quick
turn-around time of production all orders are processed immediately.
Remakes:
If there is a problem with workmanship Riverbend Carpentry will ship
replacement products in 3 days.

Discounts:
Sometimes you need that extra little bit of room to make a competitive
quote on your job,
We are open to discounts if the job requires it. (Discounts are
based on size of order)
Many products of the same dimensions make the manufacturing process
quicker making it possible for us to give discounts accordingly.
Shipping:
Due to many different customer preferences Riverbend Carpentry will
work out a satisfactory shipping arrangement upon ordering.
