Riverbend Carpentry's Cabinet doors are manufactured using
precision equipment. Great attention to detail and superior assembly
techniques allow us to maintain an exceptionally high standard
of quality.
Door Construction:
Riverbend Carpentry uses 23 gauge 5/8'' micro pins on the
back of the doors in the assembly process.
All solid panels are installed with 1/4'' rubber space balls to
allow for expansion/contracting.
All plywood panels are glued in place on all four sides to prevent
vibration.
Tolerance:
In order to ensure that you recieve only the finest product,
we have set our own strict standards for the tolerances of our
constructed cabinet doors:
Riverbend Carpentry warrants that doors have a size tolerance
of not more than +/- 1mm.
Warping is always a factor in wood, however we strive to select
material, cut and use assembly techniques that reduce this possibility.
We guarantee that door/drawer fronts under 24'' x 48'' will be
warranted if warping exceeds 1/8".
Any doors/drawer fronts wider than 24'' or higher than 48'' will
not be warranted due to the unpredictable nature of wood panels
of that size.
